I’m a therapist who works with everyday people dealing with everyday struggles like stress, anxiety, feeling stuck, or just needing someone to help untangle life’s chaos. My virtual room is open to anyone, but I’ve got a soft spot for those whose brains work a little differently.
Why I Focus on ADHD & ASD
A lot of therapy isn’t built for neurodivergent people. I get it. Maybe you’ve felt misunderstood before, or like you’re trying to fit into a world that wasn’t designed for you. I’m here to help you stop trying to “fix” yourself and start working with your brain. We’ll tackle things like:
Meltdowns or sensory overload
Time management that actually works for your ADHD
Navigating social stuff without masking
That voice in your head saying, “Why can’t I just be normal?”
How I Work
I’m not a “one-size-fits-all” therapist. My toolbox includes:
CBT: Let’s rewrite those mental scripts that keep you anxious or down.
DBT skills: Practical ways to handle big emotions (because “just breathe” isn’t enough).
Extensive experience working with ADHD and ASD: Working through challenging emotional moments and developing skills that can teach those lessons that seem to come so easy to others
